Job Description:

  • Generate and close B2B leads in the U.S. and Europe
  • Conduct outbound sales via email, LinkedIn, and calls
  • Manage and update sales pipeline records
  • Present value propositions to decision-makers
  • Track performance metrics and prepare sales reports
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless client onboarding
  • Stay informed on trends in outsourcing and remote talent

Requirements:

  • At least a bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Proven experience working with U.S./European clients or firms
  • Strong understanding of BPO, outsourcing, or remote talent services
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • CRM proficiency (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive)
  • Able to work independently, meet sales targets, and report accurately

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience in outsourcing or talent solution sales
  • Background in tech, HR, or staffing
  • Familiarity with international business etiquette.

Salary

N750,000 per month.
