Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Business Development Manager to anchor the long-term growth engine of our brand. In a premium competitive landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the partnership and the precision of the market audit success is defined by "Market Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-value B2B acquisition with the clinical precision required for Contract Negotiation, Revenue Alignment, and Luxury Brand Positioning. This role is designed for a "Commercial Architect" who can blend "Negotiation Grit" (leading corporate tenders and group bookings) with the "Analytical Agility" required to execute Competitor Analysis and Seasonal Revenue Forecasting.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Expansion Governance

  • Sovereignty of the Pipeline: Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities and corporate accounts with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Market Penetration."

  • Ecosystem Architecture: Develop and manage relationships with OTAs and tourism boards, providing the "Structural Foundation" for cross-promotional growth.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Audit the competitive set regularly, ensuring the "Source of Brand Value Proposition" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Revenue Logic

  • Negotiation Sovereignty: Lead the bidding process for major corporate tenders, acting as the primary "Source of Sustainable Margins."

  • Alignment Architecture: Collaborate with Revenue Management to sync development efforts with occupancy targets, providing the "Functional Foundation" for seasonal profitability.

  • CRM Stewardship: Maintain a robust pipeline with accurate weekly forecasts, maintaining the "Source of Operational Foresight."

3. Operational Integrity & Influence Power

  • Product Sovereignty: Translate market insights into new guest packages (e.g., wellness retreats), acting as the primary "Source of Product Innovation."

  • Network Architecture: Represent the brand at international trade shows (ITB, WTM), providing the "Relational Foundation" for global brand authority.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize CRM Mastery and Industry Intelligence to accelerate the "Lead-to-Contract" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Organizational Throughput."
