Job Description:

  • We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with strong experience in tendering and bidding processes to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and secure profitable business opportunities.
  • The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in preparing, managing, and winning bids while building strategic client relationships.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities across public and private sectors
  • Manage end-to-end tender and bidding processes, including EOI, RFQ, RFP, and contract submissions
  • Coordinate bid preparation, pricing, documentation, and compliance with tender requirements
  • Liaise with technical, finance, and legal teams to ensure accurate and competitive bid submissions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and regulatory bodies
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities
  • Track tender pipelines and provide regular business development reports to management
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company objectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development with strong tender and bidding exposure
  • Proven track record of successful bid submissions and contract wins
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and compliance standards
  • Excellent proposal writing, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen
  • Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines
