Job Description:
- We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with strong experience in tendering and bidding processes to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and secure profitable business opportunities.
- The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in preparing, managing, and winning bids while building strategic client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities across public and private sectors
- Manage end-to-end tender and bidding processes, including EOI, RFQ, RFP, and contract submissions
- Coordinate bid preparation, pricing, documentation, and compliance with tender requirements
- Liaise with technical, finance, and legal teams to ensure accurate and competitive bid submissions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and regulatory bodies
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities
- Track tender pipelines and provide regular business development reports to management
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development with strong tender and bidding exposure
- Proven track record of successful bid submissions and contract wins
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and compliance standards
- Excellent proposal writing, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and financial acumen
- Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines
