Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Brand & Marketing Manager to anchor the growth engine of the organization in Opebi, Ikeja. In a specialized retail and food landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the campaign and the precision of the brand story success is defined by "Brand Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-level marketing strategy with the clinical precision required for Offline Activations, Digital ROI, and PR Crisis Management. This role is designed for a "Marketing Architect", specifically a professional with 7+ years of experience who can blend "Creative Grit" (overseeing design deliverables via Canva, Photoshop, and Figma) with the "Analytical Agility" required to optimize Google AdWords, SEO/SEM, and ROI-focused digital campaigns.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Strategy Governance

  • Marketing Sovereignty: Create strategies to build brand recognition and increase store footfall with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Growth Architecture."

  • Identity Architecture: Manage brand guidelines and consistency across all channels, providing the "Structural Foundation" for a modern and distinctive market presence.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Lead end-to-end activations and product launches, ensuring the "Source of Market Penetration" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Digital Logic

  • Digital Sovereignty: Execute an annual Digital Marketing Plan focused on measurable ROAS, acting as the primary "Source of Digital Visibility."

  • Platform Architecture: Manage the company website and optimize paid digital campaigns, providing the "Functional Foundation" for lead conversion and sales growth.

  • Content Stewardship: Ensure all deliverables align with the brand personality and SEO/SEM best practices, maintaining the "Source of Narrative Quality."

3. Operational Integrity & PR Power

  • Image Sovereignty: Create PR strategies and monitor public sentiment to amplify positive brand messaging, acting as the primary "Source of Corporate Reputation."

  • Crisis Architecture: Tactfully counter negative publicity and manage brand mentions, providing the "Relational Foundation" for public trust.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize 7+ years of marketing expertise to accelerate the "Idea-to-Execution" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Commercial Throughput."
