Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and creatively elite Head of Brand to anchor the perception engine of our data intelligence firm. In the specialized landscape of high-growth technology, success is defined by "Identity Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex data solutions with the clinical precision required for a "Premium and Classy" African Tech Identity. This role is designed for a "Visual Architect" with 6–8+ years of experience who can blend "Creative Grit" (overseeing UI/UX, Video, and Graphics) with the "Strategic Agility" required to position a company as the undisputed authority in the intelligence space.

Requirements:

1. Identity Orchestration & Authority Governance

  • Perception Sovereignty: Establish the brand as the undisputed leader in data intelligence with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Market Authority."

  • Aspirational Architecture: Develop a visual and narrative identity that is distinctly African-led, providing the "Structural Foundation" for a premium technology ecosystem.

2. Tactical Resilience & Multi-Disciplinary Logic

  • Narrative Architecture: Translate complex technical concepts into premium visual stories, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for client trust and investor interest.

  • Touchpoint Stewardship: Ensure every digital and physical brand touchpoint reflects a high-growth environment, maintaining the "Source of Professional Excellence."

3. Leadership Integrity & Performance Power

  • Creative Sovereignty: Lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver "Classy and Premium" assets, acting as the primary "Source of Creative Direction."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Experience: 6–8+ years of proven experience in Brand Management or Creative Direction.

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BSc/HND) in Media, Arts, Communications, or a related field.

  • Technical Mastery: A diverse portfolio demonstrating expertise in Video, UI/UX, Graphics, and Storytelling.

  • Environment: Ability to lead effectively in a 100% Remote setting.
