Job Description:
We are seeking a strategic and visionary Brand Manager to take full ownership of our brand’s identity and growth trajectory. In this role, you will be the guardian of our brand presence, responsible for crafting compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience while driving measurable increases in market visibility and customer engagement. You will translate business objectives into creative marketing strategies, ensuring that every touchpoint from digital ads to offline events reflects a consistent and high-impact brand message.
The ideal candidate is a blend of a creative storyteller and a data-driven strategist, capable of identifying emerging consumer trends and turning them into successful brand campaigns.
Requirements:
Strategy & Campaign Management
Brand Growth: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies and 360-degree marketing campaigns that elevate the company’s market position.
Content Oversight: Lead the creation of engaging content and manage brand communication across all channels to ensure high-quality storytelling.
Budgeting & Partnerships: Manage brand-related budgets effectively and cultivate strategic partnerships that amplify brand reach.
Brand Integrity & Consistency
Voice & Visuals: Act as the ultimate gatekeeper for brand consistency, ensuring all digital and offline platforms adhere to established messaging and visual guidelines.
Offline Initiatives: Oversee traditional marketing initiatives, events, and physical branding to ensure a seamless omnichannel experience.
Research & Performance Analytics
Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive market research and analyze consumer behavior to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
Data-Driven Optimization: Monitor brand performance and campaign effectiveness using key metrics; translate data into actionable insights for future strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure brand initiatives directly support revenue growth and lead generation.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: B.Sc or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
Proven experience in Brand Management or Marketing, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
Strong background in managing both digital and traditional marketing ecosystems.
Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Digital Marketing (SEO, SEM, Social Media algorithms).
Experience using marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM software).
Core Competencies:
Creative Thinking: Ability to generate "outside-the-box" ideas that differentiate the brand in a crowded market.
