Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity Brand Designer & Video Editor to serve as the creative engine of our marketing team. This is not a passive execution role; we are looking for a creative partner who balances artistic intuition with performance analytics. You will be responsible for scaling our content output delivering a high volume of professional-grade assets—while ensuring every carousel, reel, and long-form video serves our business growth goals. Requirements:

• Content Production Pipeline:

  • Weekly Output: Produce 5 carousels, 21 reels, and 4 long-form YouTube videos.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables are error-free, branded, and optimized for engagement across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

• Performance-Driven Design:

  • Create event flyers, ad banners, and promotional visuals that drive conversions.

  • Optimize short-form content for retention (hooks, pacing, transitions) and structure long-form videos for maximum watch time.

• Creative Strategy:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team on brainstorms and campaign briefs.

  • Proactively suggest new formats, experiments, and visual improvements based on performance data.

• Operational Excellence:

  • Manage file organization (Google Drive/Trello) and meet a 99% on-time delivery rate.

  • Implement feedback and revisions within 48 hours.

  • Submit weekly creative performance reports to track engagement and campaign impact.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional experience in marketing design or content production (SaaS, B2C, or education brands preferred).

• Design Tools: Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or CorelDRAW.

• Video Tools: Strong expertise in CapCut; bonus points for DaVinci Resolve or motion graphics skills.

• Strategic Mindset: Ability to understand visual hierarchy, audience engagement, and performance-based creative iteration.

• Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence, a "no-ego" approach to feedback, and the ability to remain calm and organized under high-volume pressure.

• Education: Minimum of SSCE with a relevant professional certificate.
