Job Description:

Are you a creative strategist with a passion for visual storytelling and corporate identity? Matrix is seeking a Brand, Design & Corporate Communications Officer to play a pivotal role in shaping our public image and internal culture. In this position, you will execute high-impact communication initiatives, enhance our corporate and employer brand, and ensure consistent, engaging messaging across all digital and physical platforms. You will be instrumental in elevating Matrix’s visibility while driving stakeholder engagement and employee experience.

Requirements:

Corporate Branding & Visual Communication

  • Design and produce high-quality visual assets—including infographics, digital advertisements, brochures, and corporate presentations—that strictly adhere to Matrix brand guidelines.

  • Serve as a brand steward, ensuring consistent visual and messaging integrity across all business units.

Internal Communications & Employee Engagement

  • Drive employee culture through compelling internal newsletters, bulletins, and engagement campaigns.

  • Create dynamic content for town halls, leadership updates, and employer value proposition (EVP) initiatives.

  • Design onboarding materials and event branding that foster a strong, connected organizational culture.

External Communications & Digital Content Strategy

  • Develop engaging multimedia content for social media, corporate websites, and external media channels.

  • Support sustainability and CSR initiatives through effective storytelling and visual documentation.

  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure seamless digital updates and media placements.

Social Media & Digital Analytics

  • Manage corporate social media presence with a focus on audience growth and engagement.

  • Analyze digital performance metrics to provide actionable insights for communication optimization.

Stakeholder & Executive Support

  • Partner with business units to capture project updates, photography, and content.

  • Design high-stakes executive presentations and leadership communications that align with board-level strategic objectives.

  • Coordinate corporate events, including photography, videography, and brand visibility management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, Marketing, Media Studies, Public Relations, or a related field.

  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Corporate Communications, Branding, Digital Media, or Content Development.

  • Design Suite Proficiency: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) is essential.

  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Canva, Figma, and Content Management Systems (CMS).

  • Content Skills: Exceptional copywriting, editing, and visual storytelling abilities.

  • Digital Savvy: Familiarity with social media management tools, digital analytics, and performance reporting.

  • Added Advantage: Basic photography and video editing skills.

  • Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
