Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and results-driven Brand and Marketing Officer to anchor the creative engine of our Ikeja-based operations. In a specialized commercial landscape where market dominance is dictated by the speed of engagement and the precision of the brand voice success is defined by "Brand Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize multi-channel marketing strategies with the clinical precision required for Content Creation, Social Media Governance, and Environmental Branding. This role is designed for a "Creative Architect" with a Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of experience who can blend "Digital Grit" (managing social media inquiries and Canva-based design) with the "Strategic Agility" required to execute large-scale market storms and activations.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Content Governance
Identity Sovereignty: Maintain and drive brand awareness across all platforms with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Brand Consistency."
Content Architecture: Develop and execute engaging promotional materials for the website and social media, providing the "Structural Foundation" for digital growth.
Integrity Stewardship: Supervise and guide the Graphics Designer, ensuring the "Source of Visual Excellence" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Engagement Logic
Social Sovereignty: Create and implement social media strategies aligned with company goals, acting as the primary "Source of Community Growth."
Activation Architecture: Organize and execute high-impact marketing activations and market storms, providing the "Functional Foundation" for physical market penetration.
Response Stewardship: Manage and respond promptly to customer inquiries on social media, maintaining the "Source of Client Satisfaction."
3. Operational Integrity & Environmental Power
Branding Sovereignty: Oversee environmental branding and beautification at physical locations, acting as the primary "Source of Aesthetic Standards."
Liaison Architecture: Effectively manage external brand partners and service providers, providing the "Relational Foundation" for successful collaborations.
Velocity Logic: Utilize 2 years of management expertise to coordinate team bonding and internal logistics, maximizing the "Source of Organizational Throughput" in Ikeja.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 2 years of experience in brand management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
Software Power: Strong knowledge of social media platforms; basic proficiency in Canva is an advantage.
Attributes: Creative thinker with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
