We are looking for a creative and data-driven Brand and Digital Communications Specialist to join our team in Lagos. Requirements:

• Digital Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive digital content strategies that align with brand goals and audience interests.

• Community Management: Cultivate, manage, and scale our online communities across multiple social media platforms to foster authentic engagement.

• Paid Digital Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and reach targeted demographics.

• Brand Activations: Drive strategic partnerships and creative activations designed to boost player engagement and brand visibility.

• Growth Marketing: Implement tactics to convert brand awareness into an active, loyal user base.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

• Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or brand communications (gaming or youth-focused industries are a plus).

• Skills:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystems (SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and content marketing).

  • Excellent copy-writing and storytelling abilities.

  • Ability to analyze campaign data and derive actionable insights.

  • Deep familiarity with current trends in gaming and youth culture.
