We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

Sales and Business Development:

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets for various banking products and services.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the bank’s customer base.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients, tailoring solutions to their specific needs.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing professional and timely support.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Product Knowledge and Compliance:

  • Maintain a deep understanding of all banking products, services, and policies.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new financial regulations.
  • Ensure all sales activities are conducted in full compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Reporting and Administration:

  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including forecasts and performance analysis.
  • Accurately document all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient customer onboarding process.

Requirements:

  • BSc/HND in any discipline.
  • Must not be above 35 years.
  • Customer oriented and with impressive interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about Sales and target driven.
  • Available to resume immediately.
  • Cross-sell bank products to customers.

    Benefits

    • Salary: 113,000 (Gross) + Commission.
    • Benefits: 13th Month, Pension, Leave, HMO
