Job Description:

  • A Sales Executive in the power and energy sector, specializing in products like batteries, inverters, UPS, and solar panels, requires a unique blend of technical knowledge and strong sales acumen.
  • They need to be able to explain complex solutions to both technical and non-technical clients, from homeowners to business owners and engineers.

Summary

  • We are looking for a results-driven and passionate Sales Executive to join our team and drive the sale of our high-quality power and energy products, including batteries, inverters, UPS systems, and solar panels.
  • The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of these technologies and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and providing tailored energy solutions to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development:

  • Actively prospect for new leads and business opportunities through cold calling, networking, industry events, and referrals.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our market share and achieve ambitious sales quotas.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, from initial contact to closing the deal.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, understanding client requirements and providing expert advice on the most suitable energy solutions.
  • Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations, clearly articulating the benefits and technical specifications of our products.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business.

Technical and Product Knowledge:

  • Possess a deep and up-to-date knowledge of inverters, batteries, UPS systems, and solar panels, including their applications, technical specifications, and benefits.
  • Be able to perform basic energy audits or assessments to recommend appropriate system sizes and configurations.
  • Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to address complex client queries and provide customized solutions.

Administration and Reporting:

  • Prepare and deliver clear and compelling sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Utilize a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track sales activities, manage leads, and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Generate and analyze regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and ethical standards.

Salary

N200,000 Monthly
