Job Description:
- We are looking for an experienced Area Customer Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team of Account Managers.
- This role is perfect for a strong leader with a proven track record in customer success, sales management, and retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of Account Managers (AMs).
- Drive team performance to achieve 80%+ customer retention across the assigned territory.
- Monitor performance dashboards, analyze key metrics, and take corrective actions when retention targets are not being met.
- Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and support to ensure AMs deliver excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience and drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales or customer account management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven success in driving customer retention and achieving sales goals.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Salary and Benefit
- N200,000 - 250,000 Monthly Net.
- Performance-based incentives.
