ARCHITECT JOB AT CRANEBURG CONSTRUCTION COMPANY

Job Description:

The Architect will be responsible for creating designs for new construction projects, alterations redevelopment, designing buildings to create unique and well-organised structures, up to finishing and changing interior areas and the intelligent use of space, etc.

Architects will work with engineers, electricians and building contractors to ensure that their designs are safe, functional and meet construction requirements.

Responsibilities
A summary of the role’s responsibilities is as follows:

• To support the creation and development of conceptual designs and ideas.
• Plan, implement and monitor projects from beginning to end.
• Creating work models and modelling for space.
• Working with suppliers to source and procure specs of interior, materials for fittings, furniture, lighting, accessories and decorations.
• Compiling finish timelines and working with project delivery services and facilities.
• Proficient in the use of AutoCAD 2D, 3D, Revit BIM and Dynamo.
• Proficiency in the use of rendering software such as 3D Max, Lumion, etc.

Requirements:

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
• Experience in building designs and finished works.
• Strong team player.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Good Architectural presentation skills.
• Strong technical design skills.
• Knowledge of relevant legal issues associated with the construction industry.
• Strong problem solving abilities.
• Very good attention to details.
