Job Description:

• We are seeking a skilled and creative Architect with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. 
• The ideal candidate will excel in architectural design, 3D visualization, and technical documentation, ensuring projects align with client needs, building codes, and functional requirements from concept to completion.

Requirements:

• Develop architectural concepts and detailed design plans.
• Create high-quality 3D visualizations, renderings, and spatial models using tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or Lumion.
• Prepare precise working drawings, construction documents, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and project teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Oversee on-site implementation, resolve challenges, and uphold design integrity.
• Integrate innovative materials and trends to deliver modern, functional solutions.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, industry standards, and client expectations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• BSc / B.Tech with 3 - 5 years of professional experience in architectural design and visualization.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion , or similar 3D/BIM software -3D Visualization
• Expertise in technical detailing, working drawings, and construction documentation.
• Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management abilities.
• Portfolio showcasing completed projects (residential/commercial) and technical proficiency.
