Job Description:

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Architect with expertise in Interior Design to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing aesthetically pleasing and functional interior spaces, ensuring they align with architectural structures and client preferences. This role requires a strong blend of architectural knowledge, interior design skills, and an eye for detail to deliver high-end, luxurious, and modern designs.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative architectural and interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare detailed floor plans, layouts, and 3D visualizations to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor that enhance space functionality and aesthetics.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and requirements, translating them into practical designs.
- Work closely with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design execution aligns with plans.
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Stay updated with current trends in architecture, interior design, and sustainable building materials.
- Conduct site visits to oversee project progress and address any design challenges.
- Create mood boards, presentations, and proposals to pitch design concepts to clients.

Requirements:

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- At least 5 years proven experience in architecture with a strong focus on interior design.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of materials, lighting, color theory, and space planning.
- Excellent creativity and ability to visualize and execute stunning interior spaces.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work within deadlines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
