Job Description:

We are seeking a visionary and technically proficient Architect to lead our building projects from initial concept to final completion. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, innovative, and functional designs that meet our clients' specific needs while adhering to the highest safety and regulatory standards. You will serve as the bridge between creative design and structural execution, overseeing onsite progress to ensure every detail aligns with the architectural vision.

The ideal candidate is a specialist in high-rise developments with a meticulous eye for detail and the leadership capacity to direct a multi-disciplinary design team.

Requirements:

Design & Project Development

• Client Consultation: Interface with clients to determine project requirements, functional goals, and aesthetic preferences.

• Technical Documentation: Prepare comprehensive drawings encompassing both the exterior appearance and complex interior structures, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC (ventilating) systems.

• Cost & Time Estimation: Develop initial estimates regarding structural costs, construction timelines, and any specialized project requirements.

• Staff Leadership: Direct and mentor junior staff in the development of project studies, detailed drawings, and budgetary documents.

Construction Oversight & Compliance

• Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor construction quality and ensure adherence to the approved design.

• Regulatory Alignment: Ensure all works comply with local planning regulations, building codes, and safety standards.

• HSE Integration: Maintain familiarization with operational Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) support for all onsite and offsite activities.

Innovation & Strategy

• Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of architectural trends, materials, and technological advancements to ensure innovative project delivery.

• Quality Control: Manage the project lifecycle from start to finish to guarantee high-quality, functional outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education & Experience

• Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related field.

• Specialization: 5–7 years of professional experience, with a documented focus on high-rise buildings.

Technical & Professional Skills

• Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in AutoCAD and other computer-aided design (CAD) programs.

• Business Tools: Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) for reporting and presentations.

• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to solve complex structural and spatial problems.
