Job Description:

We are seeking a technically disciplined and detail-oriented Air Float Machine Operator to join our mineral processing team. In the extraction of high-value ores like Tin, Columbite, and Zircon, success is defined by "Recovery Optimization", the ability to fine-tune air flotation parameters to achieve maximum separation based on density and chemical properties. This role is designed for a "Process Specialist" with 1–3 years of experience who can blend "Mechanical Aptitude" with the "Operational Rigor" required to maintain peak machine uptime and zero-harm safety standards.

Your mission is to ensure "Maximum Mineral Yield and Systematic Equipment Health." You will be the primary steward of our flotation circuit: responsible for monitoring chemical dosing, adjusting airflow for optimal buoyancy, and ensuring the accurate recording of daily production data. If you possess "Analytical Focus," a background in Mining or Metallurgy, and a commitment to environmental compliance, we want you to drive our processing excellence.

Requirements:

1. Process Orchestration & Recovery Optimization

• Separation Mastery: Set up and monitor air flotation equipment to isolate minerals based on precise density gradients and chemical interactions.

• Parameter Calibration: Dynamically adjust air flow rates, chemical dosing, and slurry feed speeds to maximize the recovery of high-value ores.

• System Monitoring: Maintain constant oversight of the flotation cells to identify and correct inefficiencies in real-time, ensuring "First-Pass" accuracy in mineral separation.

2. Mechanical Stewardship & Preventive Maintenance

• Equipment Integrity: Conduct routine inspections, lubrication, and cleaning of the air float machine to prevent mechanical failure and extend asset life.

• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve minor process irregularities or mechanical faults, reporting complex issues to the engineering supervisor promptly.

• Workspace Governance: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free processing area to facilitate smooth operations and easy equipment access.

3. Compliance, Safety & Data Fidelity

• Regulatory Adherence: Operate in strict accordance with mining safety and environmental standards to prevent site accidents and ecological contamination.

• Production Documentation: Record meticulous daily operational data, including mineral output, reagent consumption, and machine performance reports.

• Safety Advocacy: Participate in safety briefings and ensure the proper use of specialized PPE within the high-decibel/high-activity plant environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Minimum of OND, NCE, or HND in Mineral Processing, Metallurgy, Mining Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience operating mineral processing equipment (Air Float machine experience is highly preferred).

• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of mineral separation techniques and the mechanical principles of flotation.
