Job Description:

We are seeking an analytically rigorous, highly creative, and AI-fluent AI Visual Producer to anchor our multimedia production pipeline. This is not a traditional video editing job; it is a role designed for a modern visual architect who commands a hybrid workflow. You will sit at the center of marketing communications, brand storytelling, and technology.

Your mission will be to transform limited, raw clinical footage into high-performing, emotionally resonant, and visually stunning media across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook. You will blend traditional, broadcast-standard post-production skills with generative AI workflows to amplify content volume and quality while maintaining clinical accuracy and patient dignity.

Requirements:

1. End-to-End Visual Storytelling & Production

• Narrative Synthesis: Translate strategic briefs from the Brand & Social Media Manager into high-impact video content, single posts, multi-slide carousels, motion graphics, and short-form animations.

• Archive Revitalization: Mine CornerStone’s accumulated archive of raw clinical and product footage, reframing limited or imperfect source assets into premium, brand-aligned cinematic stories.

• On-Site Multimedia Capture: Direct and execute original photography and video capture during clinical procedures, patient fitting sessions, and corporate events in Benin City (with transport and accommodation fully covered).

2. Post-Production Engineering & Quality Control

• Technical Editing: Masterfully edit video content using professional standards in pacing, multi-track sound design, advanced color grading, and dynamic typography.

• Aesthetic Unity: Enforce absolute visual consistency across our digital footprint, ensuring color profiles, pacing rhythms, composition grids, and brand tones align with international design guidelines.

• Asset Library Governance: Structure, catalog, and secure our expanding media library, keeping raw footage, active project files, and finalized master assets organized and easily retrievable.

3. AI Pipeline Optimization & Research

• Workflow Automation: Deploy generative AI production toolkits to enhance raw footage, scale graphics output, generate high-fidelity voice-overs, and automate localized subtitling systems.

• R&D and Testing: Stay at the absolute frontier of modern technology trends—systematically researching, testing, and adopting new AI models, platform algorithm changes, and vertical-first visual techniques.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education & Core Experience

• Degree: Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc / BA) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Visual Arts, Mass Communications, Computer Science, Design, or a related field.

• Track Record: 3 to 8 years of focused experience operating in professional video production, motion design, or high-volume visual content creation.

Technical AI Tool Stack Mastery (Mandatory)

• Candidates must demonstrate active fluency with at least two (2) professional AI tools across different stages of their production pipeline (e.g., generative video, voice cloning, image generation, automated subtitling, AI-assisted editing).

• Expected Proficiency Matrix: Mastery of traditional suites (Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Canva Pro) paired with deep operational knowledge of AI engines such as Runway, CapCut AI, Adobe Firefly, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Midjourney, Sora, Pika, or equivalents.
