Job Description:

We are seeking a high-caliber AI Specialist Engineer to serve as the primary architect of our artificial intelligence ecosystem. In an era of rapid digital transformation, success is defined by "Model Efficacy and Deployment Velocity", the ability to not only build advanced neural architectures but to operationalize them within scalable, production-grade environments. This role is designed for a "Technical Visionary" with 5+ years of experience who can bridge the gap between "Theoretical AI Research" and "Functional Backend/Mobile Integration."

Your mission is to ensure "Scalable Intelligence and Continuous Model Evolution." You will lead the full AI lifecycle: from architecting complex NLP and Generative AI systems to overseeing the deployment of microservices via Docker and Kubernetes. If you possess "Algorithmic Grit," mastery of PyTorch/TensorFlow, and the leadership capability to mentor a world-class engineering team, we want you to drive our technological frontier.

Requirements:

1. Neural Architecture & Technical Leadership

• System Design: Lead the high-level architecture of scalable AI systems, specializing in Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI models.

• Lifecycle Governance: Oversee the end-to-end development pipeline, ensuring high standards in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and robust model training.

• Production Optimization: Conduct rigorous performance tuning and implement continuous monitoring frameworks to ensure model accuracy and low-latency response times in live environments.

2. Integration & Backend Engineering

• Microservices Orchestration: Guide the development of AI-driven REST APIs and microservices, ensuring seamless integration with mobile and backend platforms.

• Infrastructure Stewardship: Leverage cloud platforms and containerization ( Docker & Kubernetes) to deploy models that are resilient and elastically scalable.

• CI/CD Integration: Implement automated CI/CD pipelines using Git to ensure that model updates and software deployments are iterative, safe, and efficient.

3. Strategic Innovation & Team Mentorship

• Conversational Intelligence: Drive the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) and conversational AI systems to enhance user engagement and business automation.

• Edge & Robotics Research: Explore the application of Edge AI for localized processing and potential robotics integration to stay at the cutting edge of industry trends.

• Talent Development: Act as a technical mentor to junior engineers, fostering a culture of rigorous problem-solving and research-driven development.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or Data Science.

• Experience: 5+ years in AI/ML development, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership or management capacity.

• Programming Mastery: Strong proficiency in Python and advanced familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
