Job Description:

We are seeking a high-energy and technically proficient AI Engineering Tutor to join our onsite training faculty. In the rapidly evolving world of artificial intelligence, success isn't just about writing code, it’s about the "Architectural Clarity" required to teach it. This role is designed for an "AI Evangelist", a professional with 2–5 years of experience who can blend deep technical mastery in Python and Deep Learning with the empathy required to mentor aspiring engineers.

Your mission is to ensure "Zero-Friction Technical Learning." You will be the primary architect of the student experience: responsible for breaking down the complexities of NLP, Computer Vision, and MLOps into hands-on, project-driven modules. Requirements:

1. End-to-End AI Curriculum Delivery

• Technical Instruction: Lead deep-dive sessions across the AI stack, including Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision, ensuring students move beyond theory to practical application.

• MLOps Integration: Teach the full lifecycle of AI, from data ingestion and model training to deployment and monitoring using industry-standard MLOps practices.

• Project-Driven Learning: Shift focus from passive listening to active building by guiding students through real-world coding challenges and portfolio-worthy projects.

2. Technical Mentorship & Problem Solving

• Coding Stewardship: Provide hands-on guidance during lab sessions, helping students debug complex TensorFlow/PyTorch implementations and optimize their models.

• Concept Simplification: Act as a "Technical Translator," converting dense mathematical and statistical concepts into intuitive, digestible lessons that stick.

• Student Success Advocacy: Foster a classroom environment that is fun, engaging, and patient, ensuring learners remain motivated even when tackling "tough" topics like backpropagation or transformer architectures.

3. Trend Integration & Community Building

• State-of-the-Art Awareness: Keep the curriculum updated with the latest AI breakthroughs, including Generative AI trends, LLM fine-tuning, and new framework releases.

• Adaptive Teaching: Monitor student progress and adjust instructional speeds and methods to ensure no learner is left behind.

• Technical Visibility: Encourage students to document their learning journeys and share their projects, building a vibrant local AI community.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Minimum of a B.Sc Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Experience: 2–5 years of active work experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.

• Technical Mastery: Strong proficiency in Python, and deep familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, and Data Science libraries (Pandas, NumPy).

Core Competencies

• Explanatory Grit: The ability to explain a Gradient Descent or a Convolutional layer to a beginner without losing their interest.

• Practical Orientation: A background in building and deploying models in production environments.
