Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite AI Engineer to anchor our innovation engine. In the hyper-accelerated landscape of Generative AI, success is defined by "Intelligence Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex machine learning models with the clinical precision required for rapid prototyping, automated workflows, and production-grade deployment. This role is designed for a "Neural Architect" with a degree in Computer Science or AI who can blend "Algorithmic Grit" (Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow) with the "Architectural Agility" required to leverage cutting-edge tools like Claude, OpenAI, n8n, and Cursor.

Requirements:

1. Model Orchestration & Deployment Governance

• Inference Sovereignty: Design, develop, and deploy high-fidelity machine learning models and AI-driven applications, ensuring every output acts as a "Source of Intelligence."

• Architectural Logic: Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and model training workflows, acting as the primary "Source of Scalability" for production environments.

• MLOps Stewardship: Implement CI/CD, monitoring, and retraining pipelines with clinical precision, ensuring the "Source of Performance" is never compromised.

2. Ecosystem Resilience & Integration Logic

• Tooling Sovereignty: Leverage a modern stack—including Claude, OpenAI, and Google AI Studio—to translate complex business needs into functional AI solutions.

• Automation Architecture: Develop AI-powered integrations using orchestration tools like n8n and coding assistants like Cursor and GitHub Copilot, maintaining the "Economic Velocity" of our development cycle.

• API Power: Evaluate and integrate third-party AI services and emerging ecosystems (e.g., OpenClaw, Lovable), acting as the "Source of Innovation" for our technical workflows.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.

• AI Tooling: Hands-on exposure to LLM platforms (OpenAI, Claude), automation (n8n), and AI IDEs (Cursor, Replit).
