About Company:
At Thelix Holdings, our mission is to drive transformative change across diverse industries by strategically investing in education, healthcare, financial services, and tourism. We are dedicated to creating long-term value for our stakeholders by ensuring innovation, promoting sustainable growth, and empowering communities globally through impactful programs and cutting-edge solutions.
Job Description:
- The AI Agent Developer will design, engineer, deploy, and maintain autonomous AI-powered agents and multi-agent frameworks that automate manual workflows, eradicate operational bottlenecks, and generate structural leverage across all Thelix Holdings subsidiaries. Your focus is absolute, production-ready system deployment.
Core Performance Accountabilities
- Workflow Automation: Audit operational business units to uncover manual bottlenecks and transform them into multi-agent automated systems.
- Agent Infrastructure: Architect, test, and deploy robust RAG pipelines, custom agent memory systems, and secure prompt architectures to drive knowledge automation.
- Governance & Performance: Monitor, maintain, and optimize deployed AI agents for token efficiency, latency, reliability, security, and internal corporate adoption metrics.
Requirements:
- Academic Foundations: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or an equivalent deeply technical/mathematical field.
- Professional Experience: 3+ years of core software engineering experience, with a minimum of 1.5+ years of verified hands-on engineering experience developing LLM applications, custom prompt systems, and autonomous multi-agent pipelines.
- Technical Architecture Stack: Deep technical mastery over Python, REST APIs, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Vector Databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Chroma), OpenAI/Claude APIs, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Integration Experience: Proven track record of connecting AI models with legacy enterprise systems (CRMs, ERPs, the Microsoft Ecosystem, and database environments).
Who we do not Desire:
- We do not desire developers who operate like 'ticket-takers'—individuals who wait for clean product specs or isolated technical tasks before writing code.
- If you require highly predictable, stable environments, struggle with rapid technical pivots, or avoid interacting with non-technical stakeholders to trace data errors, you are entirely wrong for this role. Passivity or a preference for experimentation over production deployment is an absolute disqualifier.
