You will be the primary point of contact for our customers post-purchase, ensuring that every inquiry, warranty claim, and service request is handled with precision and care. You will play a vital role in troubleshooting technical concerns, managing order logistics, and identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience through product guidance and accessory recommendations. Requirements:
Customer Advocacy: Deliver world-class support by responding promptly to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and addressing concerns regarding our range of phone accessories.
Technical Support: Serve as a product expert by troubleshooting issues and providing efficient replacement or repair solutions.
Logistics & Order Operations: Manage the full lifecycle of post-purchase orders, including shipment tracking, return processing, and seamless exchange management.
Product Expertise: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all phone accessory features, technical specifications, and compatibility to guide customers effectively.
Sales & Growth Support: Proactively identify sales opportunities by recommending compatible accessories and highlighting product benefits to drive customer loyalty.
Insights & Reporting: Maintain meticulous records in our CRM and provide actionable reports on product performance, customer feedback, and service trends to help us improve.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Sales, or a related discipline.
Experience: 0–2 years of professional experience in customer service or sales; prior experience in the phone accessories or consumer electronics industry is a distinct advantage.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and empathetically.
Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Tech Savvy: A solid familiarity with current phone accessory trends and mobile technology.
