Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and digitally native Social Media Intern to anchor the engagement engine of Africhange’s remote operations. In the specialized landscape of cross-border payments and digital finance, success is defined by "Engagement Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize brand objectives with the clinical precision required for Trend-Spotting, Community Monitoring, and Content Scheduling. This role is designed for a "Trend Architect" (Fresh Graduate to 2 years' experience) who can blend "Creative Grit" (copywriting and creative direction) with the "Technical Agility" required to track performance metrics and manage DMs across Instagram, X, and LinkedI
Requirements:
1. Platform Orchestration & Content Governance
Publishing Sovereignty: Manage day-to-day activity and schedule content with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Calendar Consistency."
Platform Architecture: Execute strategies specific to Instagram, Twitter/X, and LinkedIn, providing the "Structural Foundation" for platform-appropriate brand storytelling.
Trend Stewardship: Identify sounds, moments, and trends worth jumping on, ensuring the "Source of Brand Relevancy" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Community Logic
Interaction Sovereignty: Monitor comments, DMs, and mentions with clinical speed, acting as the primary "Source of Community Trust."
Analytical Architecture: Track performance metrics and pull weekly reports, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for data-backed creative feedback.
Campaign Stewardship: Support the rollout of major marketing campaigns, maintaining the "Source of Execution Excellence" across all digital touchpoints.
3. Creative Integrity & Performance Power
Direction Sovereignty: Work with the content team to provide high-fidelity creative direction, acting as the primary "Source of Aesthetic Alignment."
Copywriting Architecture: Draft engaging captions and platform-specific copy, providing the "Visual Foundation" for high-performing posts.
Velocity Logic: Utilize scheduling and analytics tools to manage the digital pulse of the brand, maximizing the "Source of Content Throughput" during the 2-month fixed term.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: Fresh graduate or 0–2 years in social media, digital marketing, or communications.
Tech Mastery: Deep familiarity with Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and scheduling/analytics tools.
Skills: Strong copywriting and an eye for creative direction/design.
Environment: Fully Remote (must have a laptop/smartphone and be available during core hours).
