Miva is a Pan- African Distance e-Learning University that is built on a couple of beliefs: Firstly, we believe that the traditional brick and mortar approach to tertiary education is no longer a viable option in serving learners on the African continent. This approach will not provide the capacity and efficacy for the people of the region.
Job Description:
- Guide prospective students through the admissions process with professionalism and empathy.
 - Review and verify application documents in line with university admission requirements.
 - Maintain accurate applicant records and ensure timely updates across systems.
 - Collaborate with the marketing and student engagement teams to drive conversions from leads to enrolled students.
 - Communicate programme information clearly and persuasively to prospective learners.
 - Support virtual and in-person events designed to attract and onboard new students.
 - Provide periodic reports on admissions metrics, trends, and applicant feedback.
 
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
 - 2–3 years’ experience in student admissions, customer service, or educational administration.
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 - Strong organizational ability and attention to detail.
 - Comfort with digital tools, CRM systems, and virtual communication platforms.
