Job Description:

• Design and deliver tailored learning and development programs for corporate clients.

• Manage client relationships to ensure high satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

• Oversee training logistics, program delivery quality, and learner engagement.

• Drive business development initiatives and achieve revenue targets.

• Monitor training effectiveness and continuously improve program offerings based on feedback and results.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in sales, client engagement, and successful program delivery.

• Strong understanding of corporate learning needs in Nigeria.

• Familiarity with virtual learning platforms such as Zoom, Moodle, and Microsoft Teams.

• Must reside on Lagos Mainland, preferably in Ikeja, Agege, or Ogba.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 5 to 7 years of experience in corporate training or executive education.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree is an advantage.
