Job Description:
Design and deliver tailored learning and development programs for corporate clients.
Manage client relationships to ensure high satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
Oversee training logistics, program delivery quality, and learner engagement.
Drive business development initiatives and achieve revenue targets.
Monitor training effectiveness and continuously improve program offerings based on feedback and results.
Requirements:
Proven track record in sales, client engagement, and successful program delivery.
Strong understanding of corporate learning needs in Nigeria.
Familiarity with virtual learning platforms such as Zoom, Moodle, and Microsoft Teams.
Must reside on Lagos Mainland, preferably in Ikeja, Agege, or Ogba.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 5 to 7 years of experience in corporate training or executive education.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree is an advantage.
