Requirements:
Office Administration: Manage daily office operations, handle professional correspondence, maintain company documentation/filing systems, and oversee complex calendars and meeting schedules.
Internal & External Coordination: Serve as a key liaison between departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless professional communication.
Brand & Media Strategy: Assist in the planning and execution of comprehensive branding and marketing campaigns.
Content Creation: Write compelling copy for social media, advertisements, and promotional materials. Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital channels.
Social Media Management: Monitor audience interactions, track engagement, and actively grow our online community presence.
Research & Collaboration: Conduct ongoing market and competitor research to identify trends and collaborate with sales, creative, and management teams to refine our brand strategy.
Core Competencies: Strong administrative and clerical foundation coupled with a creative mindset for content development.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media management platforms.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to draft professional emails and creative social media copy with equal ease.
Organizational Excellence: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
