Job Description:
- Respond to emails and messages promptlyand coordinate meetings and schedules using digital tools.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations, alongside managing calendars.
- Maintains files and records, and Update database ensuringdata accuracy.
- Track project progress and deadlinesand collaborate with team members on task assignments.
- Manages budgets and expenses as needed, while preparingreports and presentations.
- Adherestronglyto company policies and proceduresand updatethe team on relevant compliance issues.
- Facilitate on-boarding for new employeesand organize team-building activities and events
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace,and other productivity tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage remote workflows.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com)
- Familiarity with CRM or database systems.
- Previous remote work experience.
- Ability to work independently and manage remote workflows.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or a relating field.
- 3 yrs Proven experience as an administrative assistant.
Salary
