Job Description:

We are seeking a numerically elite, construction-savvy, and compliance-obsessed Fiscal Governor to anchor the financial immune system and project-cost engine of our integrated development firm. In the high-stakes world of architecture and real estate where institutional momentum is dictated by the velocity of project-delivery and the precision of the expenditure-filter success is defined by "Project-Financial Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize complex budget-tracking with the clinical precision required for Project-Cost Architecture, Regulatory-Governance, and High-Fidelity Cash-Flow Stewardship. This role is designed as a "Project-Financial Command Center" a critical residency for an ambitious accounting professional who can blend "Forensic Grit" (mastering the complexities of construction-cost variance and statutory compliance) with the "Structural Agility" required to execute High-Fidelity Project-Finance Workflows.

Requirements:

1. Fiscal Sovereignty & Project-Cost Architecture

• Sovereignty of Finance: Manage all financial records across the integrated platform, acting as the primary "Source of Institutional-Financial Throughput."

• Reporting Architecture: Prepare accurate financial statements and reports, providing the "Structural Foundation" for project-based management decision-making.

• Integrity Stewardship: Track income and expenditure across all architecture/construction projects, ensuring the "Source of Cost-Variance Truth" is elite and uncompromised.

• Compliance Sovereignty: Manage tax, pension, and statutory remittances, acting as the primary "Source of Regulatory-Risk Mitigation."

• Audit Stewardship: Support internal/external audits and reinforce financial policy adherence, maintaining the "Source of Operational-Security."

3. Operational Fidelity & Cash-Flow Power

• Diagnostic Sovereignty: Manage vendor payments and AP/AR flows, acting as the primary "Source of Liquidity-Momentum."

• Execution Architecture: Process payroll and reconcile accounts, providing the "Relational Foundation" for organizational financial stability.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: B.Sc. / HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Experience: 5–10 years of accounting experience (prior exposure to construction, architecture, or real estate development is highly preferred).

• Technical Power: Mastery of Accounting Principles, Financial Reporting, and Project-Cost Analysis.

• Aptitude: Exceptional analytical skills; keen attention to detail; ability to manage multiple project-based financial streams.
