In the high-velocity world of hospitality and operations where institutional momentum is dictated by the velocity of daily room-revenue reconciliation and the precision of the expenditure-filter success is defined by "Fiscal Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize complex ledger-work with the clinical precision required for Financial-Statement Architecture, Tax-Compliance Governance, and Liquidity-Momentum Stewardship. This role is designed as a "Profitability Command Center" a critical residency for an ambitious accounting professional who can blend "Forensic Grit" (mastering the complexities of daily sales reconciliation and debt recovery) with the "Structural Agility" required to execute High-Fidelity Financial Workflows in a 24/7 operating environment.

Requirements:

1. Fiscal Sovereignty & Revenue Architecture

• Sovereignty of Flow: Monitor diverse revenue streams and conduct daily reconciliations of outlet sales, acting as the primary "Source of Institutional-Profitability Throughput."

• Revenue Architecture: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L/Balance Sheet), providing the "Structural Foundation" for executive-level business planning and room-revenue forecasting.

• Integrity Stewardship: Ensure 100% precision in month-end accounts compared to forecasts, ensuring the "Source of Financial-Truth" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Governance Sovereignty & Compliance Logic

• Compliance Sovereignty: Ensure strict adherence to legislation regarding VAT and PAYE, acting as the primary "Source of Regulatory-Risk Mitigation."

• Strategy Architecture: Assist in budget preparation and financial planning, providing the "Functional Foundation" for organizational growth.

• Audit Stewardship: Maintain high ethical standards and internal controls, maintaining the "Source of Operational-Security."

3. Operational Fidelity & Liquidity Power

• Diagnostic Sovereignty: Manage payroll and AP/AR workflows, acting as the primary "Source of Operational-Stability."

• Execution Architecture: Chase late guest payments, report bad debts, and monitor cash flow, providing the "Relational Foundation" for organizational liquidity.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize Advanced Excel/Accounting Software to accelerate the "Reconciliation-to-Reporting" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Organizational-Financial Momentum."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Experience: Proven experience in the hospitality sector or similar complex operating environments.

• Technical Power: Mastery of Accounting Principles, Financial Reporting, and Advanced MS Excel (or equivalent accounting software).
