Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Account Officer to anchor the fiscal engine of our Awe, Oyo operations. In a specialized commercial landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the reconciliation and the precision of the record-keeping success is defined by "Financial Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize high-volume sales transactions with the clinical precision required for Management Accounting, Cashier Auditing, and Stock Reconciliation. This role is designed for a "Fiscal Architect", specifically an HND or BSc Accounting graduate with at least 2 years of experience who can blend "Analytical Grit" (carrying out daily reconciliations of cash and electronic payments) with the "Technical Agility" required to utilize Tally or other accounting packages.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Reconciliation Governance

• Transaction Sovereignty: Carry out daily reconciliation of all sales proceeds and lodgments (cash/electronic) with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Transaction Correctness."

• Audit Architecture: Conduct on-the-spot assessments of Cashiers to ensure accuracy, providing the "Structural Foundation" for front-end financial integrity.

• Integrity Stewardship: Maintain all accounting records and prepare management accounts, ensuring the "Source of Fiscal Transparency" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Inventory Logic

• Record Sovereignty: Keep a comprehensive record of all accounting transactions, acting as the primary "Source of Historical Accuracy."

• Stock Architecture: Execute weekly stock reconciliations to identify variances, providing the "Functional Foundation" for inventory control and loss prevention.

• Reporting Stewardship: Assist in the preparation of financial statements, maintaining the "Source of Management Insight."

3. Operational Integrity & Systems Power

• Software Sovereignty: Utilize Tally or relevant accounting packages to manage ledgers, acting as the primary "Source of Digital Accuracy."

• Technical Architecture: Leverage Microsoft Office and computer savvy to streamline reporting, providing the "Relational Foundation" for efficient departmental operations.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize 2+ years of on-the-job experience to accelerate the daily closing and reconciliation cycles, maximizing the "Source of Financial Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: HND / BSc in Accounting or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience.

• Technical Power: Familiarity with Tally (or similar accounting software) and Microsoft Office.

• Attributes: High attention to detail, computer savvy, and excellent record management skills.
