Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Full-Stack Developer to anchor the Software Development Unit. In a specialized digital landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the deployment and the precision of the architecture success is defined by "Digital Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize web and mobile ecosystems with the clinical precision required for Clean Code, Scalable Logic, and Responsive Design. This role is designed for a "Product Architect" specifically a developer who can blend "Technical Grit" (writing PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript) with the "Strategic Agility" required to execute System Improvements and Technical Documentation.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Development Governance

• Sovereignty of the Codebase: Develop, test, and maintain web and mobile applications with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Software Excellence."

• Architecture Integrity: Write clean, efficient, and scalable code using PHP and JavaScript, providing the "Structural Foundation" for long-term system stability.

• Integrity Stewardship: Utilize version control tools (Git/SVN) to manage code repositories, ensuring the "Source of Version Integrity" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Engineering Logic

• Solution Sovereignty: Analyze user requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions, acting as the primary "Source of Functional Alignment."

• Optimization Architecture: Perform rigorous debugging and system improvements, providing the "Functional Foundation" for high-performance user experiences.

• Documentation Stewardship: Prepare comprehensive technical designs and specifications, maintaining the "Source of Institutional Knowledge."

3. Operational Integrity & Collaboration Power

• Project Sovereignty: Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, acting as the primary "Source of Delivery Velocity."

• Team Architecture: Collaborate with internal teams and end-users to refine application logic, providing the "Relational Foundation" for cross-functional success.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Technical Power: Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.

• Framework Mastery: Familiarity with modern frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Zend, or Rails).
