As we continue to grow and expand our impact, we are seeking a talented and experienced Product/Project Manager to join our dynamic team and lead our product development and project management efforts.

Job Description:

• Design visuals for social media, web pages, blog posts, ads, and marketing campaigns
• Create graphics and layouts for learning materials, presentations, and infographics
• Support the UI/UX team with icons, illustrations, and brand-consistent assets
• Ensure all visual content adheres to brand guidelines and communicates clearly
• Contribute to the evolution of the brand’s visual identity and storytelling
• Prepare files for web, mobile, and print use as needed

KPI & Performance Metrics:

• Timely delivery of high-quality visual assets
• Engagement metrics on visual content (clicks, shares, views, etc.)
• Consistency and adherence to brand identity across all platforms
• Internal feedback from content, marketing, and design teams

Collaboration & Approval Workflows:

• Reports to the Head of Operations and Creative Lead
• Works closely with marketing, content, and UI/UX teams
• All visual assets must be reviewed and approved by the creative or marketing lead

Quality Control Expectations:

• Visually polished, error-free, and brand-aligned deliverables
• Appropriate formatting for each platform/use-case
• Responsive adjustments to feedback and creative iterations

Requirements:

• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools
• Basic motion graphics or animation skills (e.g., After Effects, Canva animations) is a plus
• Good understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to take creative direction and deliver under tight deadlines.
