Talent Towers - Our client, a  luxury Interior Design Firm, is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented candidate  to support the design team on high-end residential projects in the capacity below

Job Description:

• This role involves translating design concepts into accurate technical drawings, joinery elevations, and 3D visualisations required for project implementation.
• The successful candidate will work closely with the design team to develop floor plans, technical details, and presentation renders while ensuring spatial layouts are practical and aligned with the design intent.
• The ideal candidate will be technically strong, organised, and comfortable working within a structured design process.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce 3D renders for design presentations
• Create interior elevations and technical drawings
• Prepare joinery drawings and joinery elevations
• Develop floor plans based on approved layouts
• Interpret architectural drawings and blueprints
• Support spatial coordination with the design team
• Review furniture clearances and circulation paths
• Assist with presentation visuals when required

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture or related discipline
• Experience with luxury residential interiors
• Experience producing construction documentation
• Strong SketchUp modelling skills
• Ability to produce high quality interior renders
• Understanding of joinery detailing
• Ability to read architectural drawings
• Knowledge of space planning and furniture layouts
• Strong time management skills
