We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Visa Application Team Lead with a minimum of 5 years of experience handling a wide range of visa application processes. 
• The successful candidate will lead the application team, ensure high-quality submissions, and uphold client satisfaction through efficient and accurate service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the visa application team, ensuring productivity, accuracy, and adherence to timelines.
• Application Oversight: Review and approve visa applications across various categories (e.g., visitor, student, work, settlement, family, business, skilled migration) before submission.
• Quality Control: Implement quality assurance procedures to minimize errors and improve success rates.
• Training & Support: Mentor and train team members on visa requirements, policy changes, and application procedures.
• Client Liaison: Serve as a point of contact for complex client cases, offering expert guidance and ensuring excellent service delivery.
• Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in the application process and recommend strategies for workflow optimization.
• Compliance Management: Ensure all applications comply with up-to-date immigration laws, regulations, and firm standards.
• Reporting: Generate and present reports on team performance, success rates, and client satisfaction to management.

Requirements:

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with a wide variety of visa application processes.
• In-depth knowledge of UK, Canada, US, Schengen, and other global visa categories.
• Demonstrated experience in team leadership or supervisory roles.
• Exceptional organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Strong understanding of immigration regulations and documentation requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and client confidentiality.
