Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and highly skilled Videographer/Video Editor to join our fitness brand. You will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging content that drives brand awareness, audience growth, and engagement across all social media platforms.

Requirements:

• Content Production: Shoot high-quality videos and photos covering gym content, workouts, member testimonials, events, and promotional campaigns.

• Editing: Create fast-paced, attention-grabbing content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook, utilizing strong hooks, sound design, transitions, and storytelling.

• Strategy: Develop content optimized for social media trends and algorithms.

• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and team leads to plan creative campaigns and ideas.

• Asset Management: Capture behind-the-scenes content, transformation journeys, and trainer highlights while maintaining organized video files and media assets.

• Brand Alignment: Ensure all content consistently aligns with the brand’s identity and goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Diploma, Degree, or certification in Media, Film Production, Mass Communication, Creative Arts, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in videography and video editing.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or similar tools.

• Portfolio: Strong portfolio of social media content showcasing the ability to shoot cinematic and engaging workout footage.

• Social Media Fluency: Understanding of social media algorithms and experience creating Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts.

• Core Competencies: Creative eye for lighting, angles, pacing, and storytelling; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; strong communication and teamwork skills.
