Job Description:

We are looking for a knowledgeable, optimistic, and articulate Social Media Sales Representative to act as the primary voice of our brand. This is a consultative sales role—not just an order-taking position. You will be the authority on hair care, helping customers solve their unique hair challenges by blending scientific product knowledge with genuine empathy. Your ability to build trust and translate inquiries into closed sales is the core of this role.

Requirements:

• Hair Care Authority: Become a trusted advisor. You will assess customer hair types and concerns, provide expert guidance, and explain the "science" behind our products to instill confidence in our brand.

• Consultative Sales: Engage customers through effective questioning to understand their goals. You will recommend tailored treatment routines, explain ingredient benefits, and master the art of upselling and cross-selling.

• Conversion Management: Your primary KPI is your conversion rate, turning WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook inquiries into purchasing customers.

• Order & Customer Support: Guide customers through payment processes, provide real-time shipment updates, and follow up with dormant leads to keep the pipeline moving.

• Engagement Standards: Maintain high levels of responsiveness and customer satisfaction. You are expected to be available and actively engaged during your full shift.

Qualifications and Skills:

Final recruitment is based on Product Knowledge. Shortlisted candidates will undergo a comprehensive training program on African hair care and the "House of Born2fro" product range. You will be tested on:

• Hair care fundamentals and African hair types.

• Ingredient benefits and healthy hair routines.

• Recommended product combinations for common hair concerns.
