Job Description:

• Conceptualize, plan, and create engaging video content for marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling.
• Shoot and edit high-quality videos optimized for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content that aligns with brand strategy and campaign objectives.
• Add creative elements such as text overlays, music, sound effects, and motion graphics to enhance content.
• Stay updated with video trends, social media formats, and content best practices.
• Manage video equipment, lighting, and studio setup where required.
• Repurpose long-form videos into short-form clips and reels for multiple platforms.
• Ensure all content reflects brand tone, quality, and messaging guidelines.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of basic graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
• Motion graphics and animation skills.
• Experience in live streaming or podcast-style video production.
• Photography skills.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Media, Marketing, Film Production, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in video production, shooting, and editing.
• Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content formats.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
• Strong storytelling, visual, and communication skills.
• A creative portfolio or links to past video work is required.
