Job Description:
- Develop and execute a social media strategy to increase awareness, followers, and engagement.
- Create high-quality, original content (images, short-form videos, graphics, captions).
- Schedule, post, and monitor daily activities across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X/Twitter).
- Respond promptly to comments, reviews, and messages to build an active online community.
- Collaborate with the marketing, events, and kitchen teams to promote menu items, campaigns, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Analyze performance data, track KPIs, and provide reports with actionable recommendations.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, viral opportunities, and competitor activities to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.
Requirements:
- Must have strong content creation skills
- Ability to use CapCut professionally
- Creative mindset with knowledge of social media trends
- Experience in video editing and social media management is an added advantage.
Salary
