Job Description:

• Therefore, this is an active, field-based, and market-facing role—it is not an office-bound desk job.

Role Overview & Responsibilities

• As a sales trainee, you will represent the business in the assigned territory, working closely with distributors, wholesalers, golden outlets, neighbourhood stores and retail outlets to drive product availability, visibility, and sales performance.

Responsibilities
Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve:

• Driving territory sales performance across the assigned territory
• Managing and supporting distributor and field sales teams
• Ensuring product availability, visibility, and distribution coverage
• Conducting daily field visits and structured performance reviews
• Coaching and supporting sales representatives in the field
• Tracking competitor activity and market trends
• Using digital sales tools to monitor execution and performance.

Work Schedule & Environment:

• Work Days: Monday through Friday (with occasional Saturday requirements). Saturdays are for essential business activities, which may include last-mile reconciliation, field operations, inventory management, or alignment meetings/trainings.
• Work Style: Field activities may start as early as 7:30 AM, and approximately 80% - 90% of your work week will be spent within your assigned territory rather than behind a desk.
