Job Description:
We are looking for a creative, data-driven UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. You will be at the intersection of business strategy, user needs, and cutting-edge technology, tasked with transforming complex requirements into seamless, intuitive, and visually stunning digital experiences. Requirements:
End-to-End Design: Manage the entire design process, from conducting user research and developing personas to crafting high-fidelity prototypes and mockups.
Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers and Developers to bridge the gap between concept and code, ensuring design intent is perfectly realized in the final product.
User-Centered Design: Conduct usability testing, analyze feedback, and iterate on designs to optimize user flows and enhance overall satisfaction.
Design Systems: Act as a custodian of our organization’s design system, maintaining style guides to ensure visual and functional consistency across all our digital platforms.
Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of industry shifts, emerging design technologies, and accessibility standards to keep our digital products modern and inclusive.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience in UI/UX design.
Technical Mastery:
Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Principles: Deep understanding of user-centered design, responsive web design, and mobile-first methodologies.
Testing & Accessibility: Working knowledge of usability testing frameworks and WCAG accessibility standards.
Portfolio: A link to a robust portfolio demonstrating your design process, research-backed decisions, and finished UI projects.
