Job Description:
- We are seeking a Training Coordinator to organize and oversee training programs, workshops, and professional development activities.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling sessions, coordinating participants, and ensuring successful delivery of training initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate training programs and workshops.
- Communicate with participants regarding schedules and requirements.
- Maintain training records and attendance reports.
- Assist facilitators with training logistics and materials.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Prepare reports and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in training administration is an added advantage
Salary
