Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Trade Marketing Manager to drive our commercial presence within modern trade channels. You will be the architect of our brand's visibility at the point of sale, ensuring that our products don't just sit on the shelf, but dominate the retail environment. This role is perfect for a dynamic FMCG professional who can blend analytical rigor with on-the-ground retail execution to win the "first moment of truth" with our consumers.

Requirements:

• Merchandising Excellence: Develop, implement, and enforce strict merchandising standards to maximize product visibility and drive off-take in modern trade outlets.

• Field Team Leadership: Manage the end-to-end performance of brand ambassadors and field teams—from recruitment and deployment to rigorous training and daily performance monitoring.

• Strategic Placement: Negotiate premium in-store placements and manage the logistics of deploying high-impact merchandising and point-of-sale (POS) assets.

• Retail Compliance: Execute routine store audits to guarantee 100% product availability, accurate pricing, and full adherence to brand guidelines.

• Commercial Insights: Transform raw retail data into actionable business intelligence. You will prepare high-level sales dashboards and strategic presentations that inform executive decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience in Trade Marketing, Brand Management, or Product Management within the FMCG sector.

• Technical Mastery:

  • Modern Trade Fluency: Deep understanding of retail operations, planograms, and trade KPIs.

  • Field Management: Proven experience in leading and coaching brand promoters or field marketing teams.

  • Analytical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (for modeling/dashboards) and PowerPoint (for strategic reporting).
