Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Account Executive who is passionate about strategic communications, media relations, storytelling, and delivering measurable results for clients.
• The Senior Account Executive will play a key role in managing client accounts and executing integrated PR and marketing communications campaigns. The role requires someone who can confidently manage client relationships, develop compelling communication strategies, coordinate media engagement, and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
• The ideal candidate should be commercially aware, proactive, creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple accounts and fast-moving projects.

What You'll Do

• Manage Client Relationships: Serve as a key contact for assigned clients, understand their communication objectives, provide strategic support, and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Execute PR & Communications Campaigns: Plan and deliver PR, media relations, content, thought leadership, events, and integrated marketing communications activities that strengthen clients' visibility and reputation.
• Drive Account Performance: Coordinate teams, timelines, media opportunities, deliverables, and reporting while identifying opportunities to grow accounts and deliver measurable results.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in PR, strategic communications, marketing communications, advertising, media, or a related agency environment.
• Strong experience in client servicing, media relations, PR campaign execution, and account management.
• Excellent writing, editing, research, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Strong understanding of the Nigerian media landscape and current PR and communications trends.
• Ability to develop and execute creative communication strategies and campaigns.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, social media platforms, and relevant digital communication tools.
• Highly proactive, organised, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
