We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

  • Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments)
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Provide exceptional customer service and promote bank products/services
  • Balance cash drawer and identify/reconcile discrepancies
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Teller or in a customer-facing role
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
