Job Description:

  • Lead credit and marketing functions.
  • Develop and implement credit policies and procedures.
  • Oversee credit operations and risk management.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Lead and mentor credit and marketing teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Admin, Economics, or related field.
  • 8 - 10 years of experience in credit risk management, marketing, or business development.
  • Strong financial analysis and credit risk assessment skills.
  • Excellent marketing and business development acumen.
  • Leadership and team management experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements.
