Job Description:
We are seeking a precise, professional, and customer-focused Bank Teller to join our team in Ekwulobia. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be the face of our institution, ensuring that every financial interaction is handled with integrity, efficiency, and a commitment to service excellence. This role is ideal for an individual who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where they can make a tangible difference in the customer’s banking experience.
Requirements:
Customer Service Excellence: Provide a welcoming environment by greeting clients, addressing inquiries, and delivering high-quality information regarding our banking services.
Transaction Processing: Accurately process a wide range of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, money transfers, check cashing, and currency conversions, ensuring all data is logged correctly in the bank’s system.
Cash Management & Reconciliation: Maintain impeccable cash accuracy by managing your cash drawer throughout the shift and performing detailed end-of-day reconciliations.
Product Promotion: Actively identify customer needs and promote relevant bank products, such as savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and insurance, providing clear explanations of benefits and requirements.
Operational Compliance: Adhere strictly to all bank policies, internal procedures, and federal regulations to maintain operational standards and data security.
Problem Resolution: Proactively resolve customer complaints or operational issues, escalating complex concerns to management as required.
