Job Description:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into use cases, process flows, and detailed functional specifications.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and support solution design.
• Assist in prioritizing product features and enhancements based on business value and technical feasibility.
• Conduct gap analyses and impact assessments for new product features, initiatives, and enhancements.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet business requirements and expected functionality.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and stakeholder communications on requirements, project progress, and product performance.
• Monitor market trends, industry developments, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement.
• Develop and support API initiatives in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Facilitate effective collaboration between business and technology teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:

• 2-5 years’ experience in Business Analysis, Product Analysis, Product Management, or a related role, preferably in the banking, fintech, data, or analytics sectors.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
