Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and technically proficient Technical Sales Executive to anchor the growth engine of our sales team. In a sophisticated B2B environment, success is defined by "Consultative Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize deep technical product knowledge with the clinical negotiation skills required to close high-value contracts. This role is designed for a "Sales Engineer" who can blend "Technical Grit" (understanding complex product specs) with the "Relationship Agility" required to identify client pain points and engineer bespoke solutions.

Requirements:

1. Solutions Architecture & Sales Development

  • Technical Prospecting: Identify and target high-potential clients through clinical research and high-level networking, positioning our technical stack as the primary solution for their operational hurdles.

  • Value Engineering: Understand and articulate the "Source of Truth" regarding our technical products, translating complex features into clear, ROI-driven business benefits.

  • Strategic Networking: Develop and maintain high-fidelity relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring our brand is the first choice for complex technical requirements.

2. Technical Diplomacy & Presentation Mastery

  • Compelling Demonstrations: Create and deliver elite-level technical presentations and product simulations that clearly showcase our competitive advantages.

  • Bespoke Proposal Logic: Collaborate synchronously with engineering and product teams to develop detailed proposals and quotations that align perfectly with client specifications.

  • Negotiation Sovereignty: Navigate complex terms and conditions with millimetric precision to close deals that maximize profitability while ensuring long-term client satisfaction.

3. Post-Sale Governance & Market Intelligence

  • Technical Success: Provide ongoing support and high-fidelity training to clients post-sale, ensuring they extract maximum value from our products.

  • Feedback Orchestration: Gather and synthesize client feedback to drive product improvements and stay ahead of industry trends and competitor technologies.

  • Quota Velocity: Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets through a disciplined approach to the sales lifecycle and pipeline management.

Qualifications and Skills:
